We will contact you to learn a little more about the property and arrange a convenient time to meet. Submitting this form requests a visit; your appointment is confirmed directly with our team. What will we review during the walkthrough? We will walk the grounds with you, review the lawns, gardens, shrubs, and other maintained areas, and discuss your standards, seasonal priorities, access requirements, and current concerns. This gives us the context to recommend an appropriate maintenance plan. Can my property manager attend on my behalf? Yes. We can coordinate the walkthrough with you, your property manager, or another authorized representative. Let us know who will be our point of contact and share any access instructions when we arrange the visit. What information should I have ready? Any and all information you can provide will be appreciated. Sharing your main maintenance priorities are a helpful starting point. If available, share your current service schedule, areas needing extra attention, and any timing preferences. We can discuss the finer details during the visit. Are you licensed and insured? Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Connecticut. Our pesticide division is also overseen by certified supervisors/applicators.
