Scott and Oakwood have come through for us for years now!! I first used them to surprise my husband for Fathers Day. The crew came and weeded, mulched, mowed, trimmed over hanging trees - you name it!! Best gift ever!! Super friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and really clean up and haul everything away - so your left with a pristine yard! Then this year we noticed some of our walkway and stones were loose and he sent his masons out and fixed them all in a day!!! I highly recommend! Quick response time, honest and affordable!

During my time here in CT, I have not found a good landscaping company like this one. The lawn was cleaned up, with no grass clippings anywhere on or near the property; problems I had in the past with other companies. There were some weeds that he cleaned up making the front lawn look beautiful. A tick spray was also administered and has relieved my worries from potentially any ticks I could get while I am in my backyard. I am so pleased with how my lawn looks now, making me want to actually enjoy being outside again! I recommend this company 100% if you want your lawn to look clean and neat.

Great cleanup of our damaged trees over this past summer. Not only did the team take a very large tree away super professionally, but they offered to trim and tidy a few others for a very reasonable cost. Best tree service we have ever used!

These guys are great. We hired them to take down a row of ten large pine trees. Afterward I had them grind all ten stumps below surface level. They removed all of the waste and filled the holes with topsoil and grass seed. It's been almost three months since the trees were taken down and now that the grass has grown in, you can't even tell they were ever here.

I was nervous about the mess but the crew really handled it. Plus, Scott was great to work with during the strategy piece. I would absolutely highly recommend Oakwood to anyone.

Oakwood landscaping has provided plowing, tree removal, fall/spring clean up and construction services for us. They are dependable and meticulous. Scott, the owner is responsive and honest. The biggest job they did for us was clearing trees from our backyard. Scott gave us a fair price and got the job done during the days we asked it be done despite 7 degree temperatures! They went above and beyond, clearing all the debris and grinding existing stumps. I highly recommend!

My parents in Redding used these guys earlier this year. They helped out big time with a tree removal in our backyard. I had no problem scheduling an apt with them and they were very professional when they showed up - and on time too! I would for sure use them again.

These guys are awesome!! We hired Oakwood to take down two massive trees that were easily over 100ft tall. From initial consultation to the end of the job, Scott displayed true professionalism and provided ongoing communication to make sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. They took care to protect all of the nearby shrubs, as well as our house. More importantly, they left the property sparkling clean. The crew spent time to rake and blow off the lawn thoroughly. To be honest, the yard looked way cleaner after they left than it did before they started. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable/professional tree removal. I already have plans to have them back in the winter to clear all the tree limbs hanging over our driveway. HIGHLY recommend!

This company is a really good company. They sprayed my yard for ticks and fleas. Well also doing a little bit of landscaping on the side of my house. Would really recommend you get these guys.

I never leave reviews online for anything. Ever. But the after the way Scott and his crew executed in replacing the roof on my father’s house I had to come on here and share. Through the entire process from quoting, to materials delivery, ripping off and replacing the roof, Scott explained exactly what will be happening on schedule, and stuck to it. Not to mention the CLEANUP!! They left the property in better shape than it was before they showed up. Did I mention they were done in ONE DAY!?! These guys aren’t afraid to hustle.
